Laura Kruppe
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Laura Kruppe is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist with over five years of experience in the field. Originally from Deerfield, IL, Laura relocated to Glen Ellyn, IL, in 2021. She earned her B.A. in Biology from Adrian College in 2012 and completed the Hearing Instrument Dispensing Program at the College of DuPage in 2019, the same year she began her career at the Hearing Lab.
Laura is passionate about providing exceptional care and service to her patients, emphasizing personal development and a patient-centered approach in all aspects of her work.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Laura loves spending time with her dog, Lou, and hanging out with her husband. Together, they enjoy playing pickleball and ping pong. Laura also enjoys hobbies like playing lacrosse, computer gaming, and cooking.
Aleksa Culafic
Patient Services Coordinator
Aleksa is originally from La Grange Park, IL and moved to Homer Glen, IL in 2005. Aleksa attended school at Valparaiso University to study Business Management and started working at the Tinley Park Hearing Lab in 2024. Aleksa began working in the hearing industry in September of 2024 and was drawn to the profession because her grandparents both require hearing aids in their daily lives. As a recent college graduate, she had a desire to apply her knowledge of business and human resources to impacting the lives of those in need. What Aleksa loves the most about saving hearing lives is the satisfaction of patients leaving happier than they came in. Aleksa strives to make the clinic experience as smooth as possible in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Aleksa loves hobbies such as cooking and baking for her family or friends.
